IKBFU Releases a Handbook on Kant for Tour Guides

In preparation for the upcoming International Kant Congress, commemorating the 300th anniversary of the great philosopher, IKBFU scientists joined efforts with the workers of the Kaliningrad Cathedral to develop a handbook on the life and work of Immanuel Kant for tour guides. This comprehensive guide aims to empower professionals in designing engaging and informative city tours. According to the authors, the handbook serves as a source of recommendations rather than a rigid set of rules.

The handbook outlines key locations of interest related to Kant's life and provides insights into their historical and philosophical significance. Each tour path is accompanied by additional information: insightful quotes from the works of the great philosopher and illustrative material.

The authors included Alexei Anokhin, Associate Professor at the Institute of Management and Territorial Development, Sergey Lugovoi, Associate Professor at the Institute of Education and Humanities, Ksenia Polupan, Deputy Director of the Project Office, and Lyudmila Semenova, Director of the Higher School of Spatial Development and Hospitality.
