IKBFU Developers Implement the “World of Immanuel Kant” Models into AR

Researchers from IKBFU collaborated with AR developers to create interactive models that allow users to immerse themselves in the everyday realities of Immanuel Kant’s life. The implementation of AR models into the "World of Immanuel Kant" project offers novel prospects for studying philosophy and gaining a deeper understanding of the remarkable intellectual's legacy.

Augmented reality 3D models are digital objects that can be integrated into the real world using AR-enabled devices, such as smartphones or special glasses. Augmented reality is a combination of computer graphics and the users' real-world environment. An example of one of the created models is a fusilier, an infantry regiment officer, which users can already engage with through a provided link.

AR also makes the study of Kant's lifetime more accessible and interactive, particularly for those who wish to explore the philosopher's work but lack access to the original sources and writings.
